Delete your account

Chain accounts are optional — they exist only for sync and the guild. Deleting yours is immediate, permanent, and available right inside the app. Chain is made by one smith; there is no retention scheme, no winback flow, no grace-period limbo. Deleted means deleted.

Delete from inside the app

Open Settings.
Next to Delete account, tap Delete… (on desktop: Settings → account section → Delete…).
Confirm. Your cloud account is erased on the spot.

Delete without the app

Uninstalled already, or can't sign in? Email borisvanderkruk@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and ask for deletion. Handled manually, normally within a few days.

What gets erased

Your sign-in (email) and the account itself
Your board profile and display name
Friendships, friend requests, and your friend code
Public medals shown on the guild board
Your registered devices and the entire cloud sync history

What stays

Your local chain history — it lives in a database on your own device, belongs to you, and is never touched by account deletion. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Anonymous telemetry (if you opted in) — install-scoped counters that carry no account identifier, so they cannot be linked back to you.
